Abstract

|
The Solution of employment problems that is one of the ways for a sustainable society can`t be adhered because social-economic conditions and the environment continue to break up. So we have to find new alternatives continuously to solve them. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for applying flexicurity policies in Korea labour market. It is examined that the concept and policy implication of flexicurity and the experiences of a few Europe nation that have sought flexicurity to solve the problems of irregular workers. I have tried to analysis of characters of intersections in labour market flexibility and security and to explain different responsibility and role of public and private sector in each 9 section. Based on the results of analysis, the implications has suggested to develope flexicurity strategies for dealing with unemployment and irregular work.
